At Citrusful🍋, we believe that getting your favourite functional beverages should be as effortless as drinking them. This Shipping Policy sets out everything you need to know about how we handle, pack, and deliver your orders — with no hidden fees, no unpleasant surprises, and full transparency at every step.

By completing a purchase on our store, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Order Processing

Once you place an order, our fulfilment team will begin preparing your package within 24 – 48 business hours from the time your order is confirmed and payment is successfully received.

  • Processing takes place Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (SGT).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM on a Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
  • Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed from the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Singapore Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon purchase, and a separate shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Singapore)

We currently ship exclusively within Singapore. All domestic orders are fulfilled by our trusted logistics partners.

Please note: Delivery estimates are counted in business days from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Citrusful🍋 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, inclement weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Taxes & Duties — The "No Surprises" Guarantee

Goods & Services Tax (GST)

As of 2026, Goldea Collective Pte. Ltd. is not a GST-registered entity under IRAS. All prices displayed on our store are net prices and do not include GST. No GST will be added to your cart or at checkout.

Import Duties & Customs Charges

Citrusful🍋 manages its own importation of goods directly from our manufacturing partners. All customs clearance, import duties, and applicable regulatory fees are handled entirely by us before products reach our local fulfilment centre.

Our promise to you:

  • You will NOT be charged any import duties upon delivery.
  • You will NOT be charged any customs handling fees upon delivery.
  • You will NOT be charged any third-party brokerage or clearance fees.
  • The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay for your product (excluding the flat-rate delivery fee where applicable).

4. Packaging & Quality Assurance

Citrusful🍋 products include processed functional beverages in both powder and liquid formats. All orders are packed to the highest food safety and transit-protection standards.

Sustainable, Reinforced Food-Grade Packaging

  • All products are packed in food-grade, reinforced packaging designed to prevent leaks, spillage, and breakage during transit.
  • Liquid products are sealed with tamper-evident closures and protective cushioning.
  • Powder products are hermetically sealed to preserve freshness, potency, and shelf-life integrity.
  • Our outer packaging uses eco-conscious, recyclable materials wherever possible.

Regulatory & Safety Compliance

  • SFA-Compliant: All Citrusful🍋 products comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations governing the import, sale, and distribution of food and beverage products in Singapore.
  • Import Compliant: All importation processes comply with Singapore Customs and SFA import permit requirements. Every product batch is properly cleared before being made available for sale.
  • HACCP Certified Manufacturing: Our manufacturing partners adhere to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols.
  • ISO 22000 Certified Manufacturing: Our partners hold ISO 22000 certification — the international standard for Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
  • Certificate of Analysis (COA): Every Citrusful🍋 product is supported by a COA from independent third-party laboratory testing, verifying purity, potency, and safety. Available upon request.

5. Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

Please ensure you provide an accurate delivery address and that someone is available to receive your parcel during standard delivery hours.

Attempted Delivery Protocol

  • Our logistics partners will make up to two (2) delivery attempts.
  • If the first attempt is unsuccessful, a notification will be sent via SMS or email, and a second attempt will be scheduled automatically.

Re-Delivery Fee

If both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, a re-delivery fee of S$4.00 will apply for any subsequent delivery arrangement.

  • Re-delivery must be arranged within 7 calendar days of the final failed attempt.
  • If you anticipate being unavailable, we recommend providing an alternative address (e.g., your workplace) or contacting us in advance at support@citrusful.com.

6. International Shipping

At this time, Citrusful🍋 ships exclusively within Singapore. We do not currently offer standard international shipping through our store checkout.

If you are based outside Singapore and are interested in placing an order, please contact us directly at support@citrusful.com. Our team will assess shipping options, import regulations, and costs for your location on a case-by-case basis.

Note: International orders arranged outside the standard checkout are subject to additional terms, costs, and delivery timelines communicated prior to confirmation.
