3.4 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are net prices. As of 2026, Goldea Collective Pte. Ltd. is not a GST-registered entity; therefore, prices do not include GST and no GST will be charged at checkout.

We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4.2 Promotional Pricing & Discounts

Discount codes and promotional offers are valid for the specified period only and cannot be applied retrospectively. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept all payment methods available through our Shopify-powered checkout. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all payment details provided are accurate.

4.4 Order Confirmation

An order placed on our Store constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only confirmed when you receive an official order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All shipping and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping Policy. Key points include:

  • We currently ship within Singapore only via our standard checkout.
  • A 24 – 48 business hour processing window applies to all orders.
  • Standard delivery takes 1 – 3 business days after dispatch.
  • A flat delivery fee of S$5.00 applies; orders of S$60.00 and above qualify for free shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

6. Returns & Refunds

All return and refund requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Key points include:

  • We offer a pro-rated, no-questions-asked refund on eligible bundle products for unused, sealed portions.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • This policy applies to Singapore orders only.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Store — including the Citrusful🍋 name and logo, product names, descriptions, images, graphics, text, and branding — is the exclusive property of Goldea Collective Pte. Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content from our Store without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

By using our Store, you agree not to:

  • Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication with our support team at support@citrusful.com. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Goldea Collective Pte. Ltd. regarding your use of our Store.
